Agreement Between User and Hello Social Society LLC
Welcome to our website (the “Site”), operated by Hello Social Society LLC, doing business as Hello Social (“Hello Social,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this Site or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.
The Site is offered conditioned on your acceptance without modification of all terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.
Hello Social operates as an event capture company, offering professional services that may include roaming event photography, luxury photo booth experiences, custom portrait stations, and related event media services.
Use of the Site
This Site is an e-commerce and informational platform intended to allow users to learn about our services, request quotes, enter into service agreements, and communicate with Hello Social. Use of the Site does not guarantee availability of services or acceptance of any booking request.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in that Policy.
Electronic Communications
Visiting the Site, submitting forms, or sending emails to Hello Social constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including emails, confirmations, notices, and invoices, and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
Children
Hello Social does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
Service bookings are governed by a separate Event Service Agreement or contract. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required to reserve an event date

Changes to date, time, or location must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability

Requests for changes made fewer than thirty (30) days prior to the event may result in forfeiture of payments

Cancellations within thirty (30) days of the event will forfeit all amounts paid
Specific terms may vary by service and will be outlined in the applicable service agreement.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These third-party sites are not under the control of Hello Social, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Links are provided solely for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
Certain services or functionality may be delivered through third-party providers. By using the Site or our services, you acknowledge and consent to the sharing of necessary information with such providers for operational purposes.
Intellectual Property and Site Content
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Hello Social Society LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal and business purposes related to engaging our services. You may not copy, modify, publish, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any Site content without prior written consent.

Class Action Waiver
All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You agree that you will not participate in any class, collective, or representative action against Hello Social.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Site and all content, services, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hello Social disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Hello Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services.
Termination

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
