Private Events FAQ

Do you work with our planner and venue?

Always. We coordinate directly with your planner, venue, and creative partners to ensure a smooth setup, a clean footprint, and timing that fits naturally into the flow of the celebration.

How far in advance should we book?

Most clients reserve their date 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak seasons. For highly customized builds or large guest counts, earlier is recommended.

How long do experiences typically run? Is there a minimum time?

Our minimum for roaming event coverage is 2 hours. For all of our other experiences, the minimum is 3 hours. Most are designed for 3–5 hours of active guest time, but everything is tailored to your timeline. We’ll help you choose the right coverage so the experience is available when it matters most.

Will this take guests away from the party?

Not at all. The experiences are designed to live inside the energy of the event. Guests step in, have their moment, and return to the celebration without missing anything.

When do guests receive their images?

Depending on the experience you choose, guests can receive their images during the event, in print/digital/both, and the host will receive a curated high-resolution gallery at the end of the event, ready for download and sharing.

Can the experience match our design or theme?

Yes. From the visual styling and backdrops to the print design and digital delivery, every detail can be tailored to reflect your overall aesthetic.
